Another year gone
Another notch tighter on the belt
Or looser
Or maybe just the same

The bugs are in their rugs
Dogs under their logs
Bees in the knees
Everything in it's place

Whether this New Years finds you still above ground
Or below
Three cheers for you my friends
Good fortune follow wherever
